At Lake Marion Kennels, we believe every dog we raise deserves a loving home for life. Like many responsible breeders, we gladly welcome back any Lake Marion Kennels dog if an owner’s circumstances change and they are no longer able to provide the care it deserves.

Through our Second Chance Program, families may apply to be considered for future rehoming opportunities. If your application is approved, you will be added to our Priority Notification List and will be among the first to be contacted if a Lake Marion Kennels dog is ever returned to us and becomes available for adoption.

Joining the Second Chance Program does not obligate you to adopt a dog, nor does it guarantee placement. It simply ensures that approved families receive early notification when a suitable dog becomes available.

Our goal is to ensure that every Lake Marion Kennels dog always has a safe path back to us and the opportunity to find another loving forever home.

I understand that Goldendoodles require regular veterinary care, grooming, quality nutrition, and preventative healthcare. I am financially prepared to provide for these ongoing needs throughout the dog's lifetime.

I understand that dogs require daily exercise, mental stimulation, companionship, and training. I am committed to providing the time, attention, and care necessary to give this dog a happy and fulfilling life.

I understand that owning a dog is a long-term commitment, regardless of the dog’s age, and I am prepared to provide a safe, loving, and responsible home for the remainder of its life.

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee placement of a Lake Marion Kennels dog. Each returned dog will be matched with the home that best meets its individual needs.

I understand that if my circumstances change and I can no longer keep a Lake Marion Kennels dog, I will contact Lake Marion Kennels before attempting to sell, rehome, surrender, or otherwise transfer ownership whenever possible.
